The large, triangular site of “The Blue City” is located at AL Sawadi and covers 34 sq. km. The site is about 30 minutes driving distance northwest of Seeb International Airport and 45-60 minutes (90 km west) of Muscat. Driving distance to Dubai is approximately 3-4 hours by car. The closest town is Barka, approximately 10 km to the east.
