Amin started Uganda Airlines. He built Entebbe Airport, Nile Hotel and many other buildings. He even expelled Asians to empower Africans economically. Ugandans should be proud of him," the colonel said.[1] |
Asked to comment on the atrocities allegedly committed by Amin, and whether he should be forgiven, Nasur said:

A person is born with two angels. One records the good deeds and another misdeeds. So no one should blame Amin because we are not angels. It is the angels to decide.[2] |
