Dubai Pearl will contain 6 freehold residential towers with 2,000 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. These towers include Mahara Tower Residence (52-storey), Luluwa Tower Residence, and Jumana Tower Residence.
[edit] Dubai Pearl Hotel Towers
Dubai Pearl will contain 3 luxury hotel towers with a total of 1,500 rooms. Of the three business hotels, 2 will be four-star hotels and the third will be a 720-room five-star hotel managed by the Swiss Mövenpick Group.

Dubai Perl is located in the Dubai Technology, Electronic Commerce and Media Free Zone (TECOM), between the Dubai Media City and the Knowledge Village. It will connect the two main coastal roads that lead to the entrance of the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah.
