Dubai Sports City (DSC) is a $2 billion development. The first phase is due to complete on 2007 CE (1427 AH). It is to be built on 50 million square feet of land.

Out of the $2 billion development cost, around 1.3-1.4 billion will be building work alone. The contract has been awarded to Wade Adams Contracting
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has chosen Dubai Sports City as its International Headquaters
